Supporting Wider Community

As a Christ centred community, we encourage each person to reach their full potential. At St Werburgh’s Catholic Primary School we teach our children to love one another. It is our Mission to support our wider community - especially those who are in need of our help and support.

Mini Vinnies

Mini Vinnies are part of the much larger organisation of the SVP. The motto of the Mini Vinnies is 'Turning Concern into Action' and we currently have a strong group of Year 4 children, who work with Mrs Mooney and Iona (Birkenhead SVP Director) are motivated by this. Cafod reach out to people living in poverty with practical help, whatever their religion or culture. Through a global Church network, one of the largest in the world, they have the potential to reach everyone. Cafod campaign for global justice, so that every woman, man and child can live a full and dignified life. Click the image below to go to the Cafod website.
