St Werburgh's School lives by the light of Christ shining through our learning and life.

St Werburgh’s Catholic Primary School is a little oasis in the heart of Birkenhead. We are an integral part of the parish family of St Werburgh & St Laurence and work in close partnership with our families, governors and the wider community.

We are an inclusive, one form entry school with children ranging from age two to eleven years old. We are extremely proud of our diverse, cultural heritage – celebrating the shared and varied experiences that bring us together under one roof.

As a school community, we work together to ensure that all our pupils aspire to become compassionate global citizens, ‘sowing the seeds of goodness’. We know that the light of Christ shines in our lives and in our learning and we strive to be the very best that we can be in all that we do.

We provide an exciting, experience rich, high challenge curriculum which enables our pupils to learn and grow both academically, personally and spiritually. Our pupils love school, love learning and aspire to achieve great things.

You are most welcome to come and visit us and see what we have to offer. Please contact us by phone, email or pop into the office to arrange a visit.
